To provide a soft vinyl chloride resin composition which suppresses radiation degradation when an absorbed dose of γ rays is in the order of megagray, and to provide a flexible hose and a flexible tube which suppress degradation by radiation rays using the resin composition.SOLUTION: A radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and 5 pts.wt. or more and 50 pts.wt. or less of carbon black or black powder, and has a Duro A hardness before irradiation with γ rays of 50 HDA or more and 95 HDA or less. The radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition preferably contains 1 pts.wt. or more and 15 pts.wt. or less of a phenyl ether-based oil and fat. The radiation-resistant vinyl chloride resin composition preferably contains 20 pts.wt. or more and 110 pts.wt. or less of a benzoic acid-based plasticizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
