The present invention relates to cord blood plasma-derived exosomes or mimics thereof and immunosuppressive uses thereof, and more particularly, the present invention relates to exosomes derived from human cord blood plasma or proteomics profile of the cord blood plasma-derived exosomes. It provides the use of the exosome mimic for improvement, prevention or treatment of various autoimmune diseases.
