A deep learning-based intelligent scene segmentation method and system are disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, the deep learning-based intelligent scene segmentation method comprises: generating, by a system, corresponding frame texts for each of a plurality of frame images included in a video to be edited; and detecting adjacent frame texts in which meaningful semantic changes exist by analyzing, and determining a scene change boundary in the video to be edited based on the detected adjacent frame texts by the system.
