The present invention relates to a composition for inducing anxiety disorder in a mammal, and to a mammal in which an anxiety disorder is induced by using the same. The animal model of the present invention not only significantly increases anxiety behavior and grooming behavior, which are indicators of anxiety disorders, but also has responsiveness to the administration of therapeutic agents such as fluoxetine. It was confirmed that it is an excellent animal model that reflects the disease characteristics of the disorder with high reliability. The present invention can be usefully used as a means for research on the molecular and cyclical mechanisms of the development of anxiety disorders, as well as the development of therapeutic agents for anxiety disorders and the discovery of antipsychotic drugs without side effects.
