The sampling system through selective positioning of sample distribution according to the present invention includes: an injection unit that collects a sample from the inside of a manhole at a predetermined time interval, rotates about a rotation axis, and selectively distributes the sample; a flow allocation unit disposed to be spaced apart from the lower portion of the injection unit, receiving the sample on the upper surface, and selectively controlling the flow direction of the received sample; and a keeping unit disposed under the flow allocation unit to receive and store a sample from the flow allocation unit.
