PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a device and a method related to a user management service for a vehicle (8). One or more processors (15) of a device can run a first operating system (30) to provide user management services to a vehicle. The first operating system can provide the second operating system (32) with an interface (29) through which the second operating system can call user-managed operations. The first operating system can generate a first message related to user management. The interface can give the first message to the second operating system. The interface can receive a second message from the second operating system.
