PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating atopic dermatitis of a subject. An interleukin-13 (IL-13) -binding protein for use in a method of treating atopic dermatitis (AD) of interest, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (a) initial dose. The subject is administered with the IL-13-binding protein; and (b) a single or multiple secondary doses of the IL-13-binding protein are administered to the subject, each secondary dose.
