PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological image transmission device, a biological image transmission program, a biological image transmission method and a biological image transmission system which support the transmission of a biological image in consideration of privacy protection. In a biological image transmission system 100, a biological image transmission device 1 includes a filter unit 11, a decomposition unit 12, a compression processing unit 13, and a transmission unit 14. The filter unit 11 performs a first filter process of transmitting a predetermined frequency component related to biometric information to a biological image including biometric information related to biometric authentication and removing other frequency components. The decomposition unit 12 decomposes the biological image after the first filter processing into a basal image group. The compression processing unit 13 synthesizes and compresses a group of basal images decomposed by the decomposition unit 12 from the biological image. The transmission unit 14 encrypts the compressed pseudo-color image by the compression processing unit 13 by a predetermined encryption method, and transmits the compressed pseudo-color image to the biological image receiving device 2 via the transmission line 3.
