PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service base allocation system for road service and a service base allocation method capable of optimizing the arrangement of stores serving as bases for road service. SOLUTION: As a service base placement system 1 of a road service, a store data group accumulating attributes related to a store, a trouble data group accumulating attributes related to past vehicle troubles, and attributes related to a route from a store to a vehicle trouble occurrence point are stored.
