PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and mistakes in proofreading work by enabling a customer or the like to re-edit such as enlarging a photograph for the submitted data. SOLUTION: A submitted data re-editing device 50 is submitted data as a single file in which a first photographic image selected from a plurality of original photographic images and subjected to image processing is fitted in an image frame of a template. It has a storage unit 512 that stores data related to and a plurality of original photographic images. The separation means of the processor 501 separates the first photographic image from the submitted data and identifies the image frame. The extraction means of the processor 501 extracts a specific original photographic image corresponding to the first photographic image from a plurality of original photographic images. The editing means of the processor 501 executes image processing on a specific original photographic image according to a user instruction to generate a second photographic image.
