Therapeutic antibody that binds to biantennary Louis B and Lewis Y antigens

Humanized antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, and antibody conjugates capable of specifically binding to a particular biantennary Lewis antigen expressed in a variety of cancers are disclosed herein. The antibodies disclosed herein are useful for targeting antigen-expressing cells for the treatment or detection of diseases, including various cancers. Polynucleotides, vectors, and host cells for producing the disclosed antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof are also provided. Pharmaceutical compositions, methods of treatment and detection, and the use of antibodies, antigen-binding fragments, antibody conjugates, and compositions are also provided.
