The method includes: in the process of moving the first virtual object from the virtual scene to the destination, when the current position of the first virtual object meets a jumping condition, determining the target landing point of the first virtual object according to the position of the destination step; determining, according to the current position and the target landing point, a jumping trajectory in which the first virtual object jumps from the current position to the target landing point; and controlling the first virtual object to jump from the current position to the target landing point according to the jump trajectory.
