The claimed utility model relates to shipbuilding, or rather to structures that are additionally attached to boats and intended for the transportation of goods. Targa is a frame structure connected to the base, while the frame is an arched structure made of a pipe segment and contains an upper section, passing through roundings into the side sections, where the base is fixed perpendicular to the vertical section of the frame, characterized by the fact that the upper section, rounding and the side sections of the frame are made of a single one-piece structure, while the frame is additionally equipped with paired, symmetrically located baskets located at the bend of the side section of the frame, where the basket is a horizontally located rectangular contour, with side walls and bottom part rigidly fixed to it, made of rods, and a spacer is additionally fixed to the base, while one end of it is fixed to the base, and the opposite end is fixed to the side section of the frame.
