Provided is a power/communication integrated network system which includes a plurality of wireless base stations and a DC grid group which belongs to a cell formed by the wireless base stations, wherein: each of the DC grids in the DC grid group has a DC power line to which a plurality of power devices including a power generator and a power storage device are connected, and executes a first control for suppressing the change over time in the power of the DC power line on the basis of the state information of each of the power devices which is exchanged between power devices via wireless communication; a first DC grid among a plurality of DC grids in the cell to which the plurality of DC grids belong executes a second control for interchanging power with a second DC grid on the basis of the state information of each DC grid which is exchanged between the DC grids by wireless communication; and a first DC grid group which belongs to to the first cell executes a third control for interchanging power between the first DC grid group and a second DC grid group when the power status of the first DC grid group and the second DC grid group, which belongs to a second cell, satisfies a pre-set first condition.
