Provided are a training assistance device, a training assistance system and a training assistance method which facilitate flexible and autonomous filter setting and contribute to the development of sociality desired in a society or an organization. The training assistance device includes: a filter database that holds a plurality of filters applied to a terminal, which a subject of training assistance touches; a user database that accumulates user information pertaining to the sociality of the subject of training assistance, the result of assessment of the sociality of the subject of training assistance in a society or an organization, and information pertaining to the type of applicable filter that is applied to the terminal; and a sociality assessment unit that verifies the user information pertaining to the sociality of the subject of training assistance against an assessment criterion for assessing the sociality of the subject of training assistance and assesses the sociality of the subject of training assistance. The user database selects, from the plurality of filters held by the filter database, the applicable filter that suits the level of sociality of the subject of training assistance.
