PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road abnormality response support apparatus capable of supporting a more accurate and prompt determination of responses to abnormalities in roads, a road abnormality response support method, and a program.SOLUTION: The road abnormality response support apparatus includes: a text conversion unit; a keyword extraction unit; and an information acquisition unit. The text conversion unit converts a user's voice into text data. The keyword extraction unit extracts a keyword from the text data. The information acquisition unit stores position information indicating a position of an abnormality on a road and type information indicating the type of the abnormality in association with a predetermined keyword, and acquires the position information, the type information, and the response content information corresponding to the keyword extracted by the keyword extraction unit from a database storing the response content information indicating a response to the abnormality in association with the position information and the type information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
