Container handling method and container handling system using information communication technology

摘要

To improve processing capacity of a terminal as a whole, and especially improve efficiency of rehandling work by utilizing information communication technology.SOLUTION: In carrying in and out a container, associated container information, vehicle information, PS (port security) card information are pre-registered in a harbor information system. Traveling position information of a conveyance vehicle having respective information of information on a container to be conveyed and the vehicle information is detected. A container number of a cargo which is previously input in a terminal operation system (TOS) connected to the harbor information system through a net and a previously-input container number to be conveyed are collated. The matched container number is regarded as a container to be handled, and rehandling work is carried out according to a terminal arrival time of a vehicle obtained from position information of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
