The technical result of the proposal is to reduce fuel consumption to create a gas-dynamic flow through the use of exhaust gases from a car and reduce the cost of equipment by eliminating the gas-thermal generator. The technical result is achieved by installing a swirler between the casing and the cylinder, and a swirler from the end of the cylinder to create an overlapping gas vortex, while the gas flow is used from the energy of the exhaust gases of the car engine.
