A meeting check-in method and system, a computer device, and a computer readable storage medium. The meeting check-in method comprises the following steps: acquiring meeting information and registration information of an attendee (S10); capturing an onsite photo of the attendee (S20); extracting a facial recognition feature value in the onsite photo, and acquiring an onsite photo and facial recognition feature value of a matching attendee (S30); parsing and analyzing the facial recognition feature value of the matching attendee to obtain a gender attribute, mood attribute, age attribute, and skin color attribute of the attendee; extracting and analyzing a clothing feature from the onsite photo of the matching attendee so as to obtain a clothing attribute of the attendee (S40); and performing statistical analysis on dimensional information, and determining the degree of participation of the meeting according to the dimensional information and the number of attendees (S50). Attendees who have successfully checked in can be counted by means of photo attribute analysis, which facilitates obtaining real and readable data.
