A generalized packaging method and system based on a workshop digital twinning model, the generalized packaging method comprising: according to basic operation and functional characteristics of devices in a production line in a process and the commonality of a process motion mode, a process algorithm and an action triggering mechanism, performing packaging according to the sequence characteristic of the process; comparing the processes, and carrying out generalized packaging treatment; carrying out the packaging processing according to a time sequence, a space sequence and logic characteristics of the specific process; storing the packaging body in a database; and calling the generalized packaging body from the database to the equipment or the process. The generalized packaging system comprises an abstract process packaging module, a continuous process packaging module, a process motion packaging module, a process algorithm packaging module, the database and a rapid calling module. The generalized packaging method is used for optimizing the modeling process, so that the packaging body may be conveniently built, the modeling error rate is reduced, the modeling efficiency is improved, the workshop work repetition degree is effectively reduced, and the fault tolerance of later change of a workshop is improved.
