A carrying robot (100), system and method, and a loading and unloading device (600), system and method of the carrying robot. The carrying robot (100) comprises a vertical frame (110) provided in the vertical direction; a storage mechanism (120), comprising a plurality of storage assemblies (121) for storing goods (200) to be carried, and the plurality of storage assemblies (121) being provided on the vertical frame (110) at the same interval in the vertical direction. When unloading, the plurality of storage assemblies (121) of the storage mechanism (120) can move synchronously to perform synchronous unloading operation, so as to achieve synchronous unloading of goods (200) in the storage assemblies (121), so that the goods (200) in the carrying robot (100) can be unloaded in one time, the unloading efficiency is improved, and the unloading time is shortened, thereby improving the overall operating efficiency of the carrying robot (100).
