CANCER THERAPY AID FOR ENHANCING ANTICANCER DRUG EFFECT

It was demonstrated that in vitro administration of ambroxol together with cisplatin to a drug-resistant ovary cancer cell strain increases the rate of cell death of the cancer cells compared to when cisplatin is administered alone, i.e., ambroxol enhances the anticancer drug effect of cisplatin. As a result, a cancer therapy aid that enhances the anticancer drug effect of an anticancer drug, and enhances the effect of the anticancer drug even on anticancer drug-resistant cancer, was discovered.
