The present invention comprises: a power source including distributed energy resources; an inverter which converts a direct current supplied from the power source into an alternating current and provides the alternating current to a grid; a grid voltage measurement part which detects the voltage of the grid; a timer which, when the voltage of the grid satisfies a pre-configured condition, detects the time; an operation mode detection part which detects an area corresponding to the detected voltage and the detected time among areas following an FRT requirement, detects an operation mode corresponding to the detected area, and generates control information for controlling generation of valid and invalid currents corresponding to a detected voltage for each operation mode; a command value generation part which generates valid and invalid current command values for generating valid and invalid currents according to the control information; and an inverter control part which controls current conversion of the inverter on the basis of the valid and invalid current command values.
