Apparatus and method for controlling aerosol generation during absorption in ammonia desulfurization, for removing sulfur dioxide of flue gases with an absorption cycle liquid comprising ammonium sulfite, thereby removing aerosol formation during absorption in ammonia desulfurization. Efficient desulfurization and dust removal can be achieved by stepwise control of solution composition and control of reaction conditions.
