Problem to be solved: to provide a road tunnel temperature monitoring system capable of estimating fire detection early while using a temperature cable sensor.The road tunnel temperature monitoring system 100 is provided with a temperature detecting sensor group along the longitudinal direction of the road tunnel, and a temperature detecting sensor 111 is disposed at predetermined intervals. The tunnel temperature distribution measurement part 110 acquires temperature distribution measurement data in the road tunnel.The data of the temperature influence data measuring section 120 which measures the temperature effect data which can affect the temperature distribution in the road tunnel is input data. The temperature distribution prediction data predicted by the tunnel temperature distribution predicting section 130 is obtained by using the road tunnel temperature model in which the temperature change at each place in the tunnel which can occur in the normal state held by the model holding section 131 is modeled.The abnormality verification section 160 compares the temperature distribution measurement data of the tunnel temperature distribution measuring section 110 with the temperature distribution prediction data of the tunnel temperature distribution prediction section 130 by comparing them.Diagram
