The present invention provides a wireless receiver coil device for magnetic resonance, a wireless receiving method for magnetic resonance signals and a magnetic resonance system. The device comprises a plurality of transmitter units and a plurality of receiver units, the number of receiver units equal to or greater than the number of transmitter units, each of the transmitter units comprising: a coil group, an ADC group, two baseband low-pass wave filter devices and an IQ transmission modulation device, the coil group is connected to the ADC group, the ADC group is connected to the two baseband low-pass wave filter devices, the two baseband low-pass wave filter devices are connected to the IQ transmission modulation device, and the IQ transmission modulation device has an antenna. Each of the coil groups comprises one or more coils, the maximum number of coils included in each of the coil groups being able to be determined according to the modulation method and the bandwidth of the MR signals, the acquisition rate and the acquisition precision.
