An RFID antenna (100) includes: an insulating substrate (110); a first antenna pattern (120) in a form of a spiral coil, the first antenna pattern (120) being provided on a first surface (111) of the insulating substrate (110); and a second antenna pattern (130) in a form of a spiral coil, the second antenna pattern (130) being provided on a second surface (112) of the insulating substrate (110) and electrically connected with the first antenna pattern (120). The first antenna pattern (120) and the second antenna pattern (130) each include a main antenna portion (1212, 1312) that is provided at a position for the first antenna pattern (120) and the second antenna pattern (130) not to be overlapped in a plan view of the first surface (111) with the second surface (112) being seen through the first surface (111).
