Provided is an automatic worker selection system that makes it possible to improve the skills of low-skilled workers at an early stage. The worker selection system includes a work skill determination unit, an operator selection unit, an information update unit, and a storage unit storing various types of information. The work skill determination unit determines the high or low of the work skill for the work among a plurality of workers when a work requiring a response occurs, and extracts a low-skill worker with the lowest work skill from among the plurality of workers. The worker selection unit selects the extracted low-skill worker as a worker corresponding to the job. The information update unit updates the information of the storage unit based on the result of the job corresponding to the selected corresponding worker.
