The present invention relates to a high-speed rotation spindle (SPINDLE) BLDC motor for a grinding machine. A plurality of permanent magnet pieces 321 to 324 that generate magnetic force for a coking torque reduction structure that minimizes vibration deviation of the rotor 300 during high-speed rotation is formed at a predetermined angle in the circumferential direction so that at least some of them overlap each other up and down, respectively. The magnetic core 230 that provides the rotor 300 to maintain the twisted skew angle and is coupled to the coil 210 is a permanent magnet 320 with a plurality of slots 231 to 236 overlapping each other at least in part up and down.
