FIELD: pharmaceuticals. ;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a rapidly soluble film composition of paracetamol used as an antipyretic agent containing: a) at least 40.0 % w/w of paracetamol; b) a taste masking agent; moreover, the taste masking agent is a mixture of 0.1 to 0.5 % w/w of sodium carbonate, from 0.5 to 1.0 % w/w citric acid and from 0.5 to 2.0 % w/w magnesium aluminometasilicate; c) from 1.0 to 5.0 wt.% hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin; d) from 15 to 25 % w/w hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose; e) from 1.0 to 5.0 % w/w of the plasticizer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, diethyl phthalate, propylene glycol and glycerin; f) sweeteners from the group consisting of aspartame, sucralose, dextrose, fructose, ammonium glycyrisinate, maltose, mannitol, sorbitol and xylitol; and g) at least one filler selected from disintegrants, dyes and flavors. ;EFFECT: invention provides for the production of a rapidly soluble film composition containing at least 40.0% paracetamol, which bitterness is effectively masked by a taste masking agent. ;1 cl, 4 tbl, 8 ex
