A normalization and aggregation computing device comprises: a collection module configured to collect data sets of particular data indicators; a normalization module configured to normalize the collected data sets; and a weighting and aggregation module configured to apply weights to the normalized data sets and aggregate the weighted data sets, wherein the weighting and aggregation module further comprises: a consideration submodule configured to weight and aggregate normalized data sets into considerations; a dimension submodule configured to weight and aggregate considerations into dimensions; and a score submodule configured to weight and aggregate dimensions into a score.
