MELANIN-BASED SUNSCREEN COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are a melanin-based sunscreen composition and a preparation method therefor. The composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of an inorganic matter component and 0.5-5 parts by weight of melanin. The particle size of the melanin ranges from 50 nm to 400 nm; the inorganic matter is titanium dioxide or comprises titanium dioxide and zinc oxide; and the particle size of the inorganic matter component ranges from 20 nm to 300 nm. The preparation method comprises uniformly mixing the components according to the usage amount. The composition can effectively improve the SPF value and PA value to obtain a sunscreen effect.
