The present disclosure provides a human body model modeling method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The modeling method comprises: acquiring the body size of a user; according to the body size, scaling a standard human body model to obtain a reference human body model matching the body size of the user; acquiring a body image of the user; acquiring the sizes of body parts of the user according to the body image; according to the sizes of the body parts of the user, determining target positions to which each reference body surface feature point and each reference skeleton point in each group of control points of the reference human body model are about to be moved; and adjusting each reference body surface feature point and each reference skeleton point in the reference human body model to the target positions to obtain a customized human body model of the user.
