A device for imaging a radiation source in a decommissioning area of a nuclear power plant comprises: a detection unit including a plurality of pixels for detecting a high-radiation spectrum generated from a decommissioning area of a nuclear power plant; a processing unit which is connected to the detection unit, and which analyzes an X-ray spectrum detected from the plurality of pixels, and thereby fuses a first element image and a second element image into a fused image, wherein first pixels for detecting a first characteristic X-ray energy of a first element among the plurality of pixels are displayed in the first element image, and second pixels for detecting a second characteristic X-ray energy of a second element among the plurality of pixels are displayed in the second element image; and a display unit which is connected to the processing unit and displays the fused image corresponding to the decommissioning area.
