A liquid damping structure for an integrated mast, a control system, and a control method may be disclosed. A liquid damping structure according to an embodiment includes: an inner layer made of a metal material and installed with electronic communication equipment; an outer layer made of a metal material and provided with a plurality of sensors including at least one of an infrared sensor and a vibration sensor; and an intermediate layer installed between the inner layer and the outer layer and supplied with a liquid for damping at least one of infrared rays or vibration.
