FIELD: nuclear engineering. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear technology and can be used in the manufacture of “dry protection” of a nuclear power plant (NPP). Serpentinite concrete of the “dry protection” of the NPP reactor is laid with the simultaneous formation of technological holes made with the possibility of installing heating elements and temperature sensors in them. Heating elements and temperature sensors are placed in the pipe penetrations. Heating of concrete alternates with exposure at a constant temperature value. The concrete of the “dry protection” of the NPP reactor is smoothly cooled when the heating elements are switched off, while the change in the temperature of the concrete is controlled by means of these temperature sensors. The heating elements are made of different lengths, and the average density of the placement of heating elements in the upper part of the “dry protection” is higher than in the middle part of the "dry protection", and in the middle part of the “dry protection” is higher than in the lower part of the “dry protection”. ;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the uniformity of distribution and smoothness of the temperature effect on the concrete of the “dry protection” of nuclear power plants with a simultaneous increase in the controllability of the temperature effect. ;9 cl
