The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I). The formula (I) compound is a modulator of the XII factor, in particular the XIIa factor. The compound is an inhibitor of the XIIa factor and may be useful as an anticoagulant. The compound of formula (I) may be used in the method of treatment (or prevention) of a blood disorder associated with bleeding or coagulation.1
