a reinforcement structure for a surface-buried underground exhaust tunnel top and a river bed bottom, characterised by:a replacement layer is applied at the bottom of the river bed to flatten the bottom of the river bed after bottling at the bottom of the river bed,at the bottom of an existing retaining wall (2) on both sides of a waterway situated on the top of a replacement layer (1), a drain (21) is provided within the existing retaining wall (2),above the replacement layer (1) a gravel layer (3) is placed on existing retaining walls on both sides (2) waterproof plates (4), with the inner wall of the gutter (21) on the top of the gravel layer (3) and gravel layer (3) in the gutter (21),a steel grate (5) is still placed on the gravel layer (3) and both ends of the steel grate (5) are placed in the bottom of the retaining wall (2) respectively, anda riverbed top layer (6) is formed by pouring concrete onto the steel grill (5).
