A thing digital twin currency and a transaction activation method using the same, comprising the steps of: acquiring information on a request for issuance of twin currency based on a thing; determining a twin currency issuance amount based on the obtained twin currency issuance request information; confirming a change in rights to the thing; when the change in rights is confirmed, issuing and issuing a unique number for the determined issuance amount of twin currency, and paying the issued twin currency; storing the issued information of the issued twin currency in a block chain network; utilizing the paid twin currency; and storing transaction information according to the use of the twin currency in a block chain network.
