PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device that is allowed to easily achieve relative adhesion position precision of liquid to be discharged from each liquid discharge head.SOLUTION: The liquid discharge device comprises a carrying member 210 for carrying a medium P and a plurality of liquid discharge heads 220C, 220M, 220Y and 220K arranged side by side in a carrying direction of the medium. The plurality of liquid discharge heads are provided with head-side positioning portions 221C, 221M, 221Y and 221K respectively. The carrying member is provided with a carrying member-side positioning portion 212.
