PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a pet toilet in which, in a pet toilet using an absorption sheet, it needs to be held spread for an inadvertent movement of a pet (dog) and in which conventionally a net-like or lattice-like toilet mat cover is used and, in treating feces, clean wiping is difficult because stains get in the holes of the lattice.SOLUTION: The toilet mat cover is characterized in that it includes: a plate-like body; a plurality of through holes formed in the plate-like body; and projections provided among the through holes. As the projections hold the feces, they can be wiped clean. In addition, as there are no shrinks generated among the through holes, the surface is free from recesses, which effectively prevents urination from collecting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
