To provide a droplet manufacturing nozzle that eliminates the need of gas for droplet formation.SOLUTION: A droplet manufacturing nozzle includes a jetting nozzle for jetting liquid. The droplet manufacturing nozzle jets the liquid that does not substantially contain gas for droplet formation into vacuum from the jetting nozzle. At the time of jetting from the jetting nozzle, the droplet manufacturing nozzle jets the liquid while adding turning force to the liquid. The jetting nozzle has different flow velocities of the liquid at the time of jetting from the jetting nozzle between a central part thereof and a peripheral edge part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
