The present invention relates to a hydrogen storage material, and more particularly, it is a lightweight hydrogen storage material made by mixing ammonia borane and silicon oxide in the form of nanopowders whose particle size is controlled to maximize hydrogen generation by thermal decomposition at an appropriate mixing ratio. It relates to a hydrogen fuel mixture and a method for preparing the same.
