A gaze analysis apparatus and a gaze analysis system and method using the same are disclosed. A gaze analysis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a gaze analysis apparatus mounted on a device including a display, and includes a gaze tracking unit configured to generate gaze tracking information by tracking a user's gaze on content displayed on the display; and a gaze analysis unit that detects a fixation excluding a saccade from the gaze and generates gaze analysis information of the user on the content based on the detected fixation.
