Disclosed is a fuel gas supply system for a ship having a dual fuel engine. A fuel gas supply system for a ship having a dual fuel engine according to the present invention includes: a plurality of cargo holds partitioned in a longitudinal direction inside a hull; an engine room partitioned inside the hull of the stern; a main engine disposed inside the engine room and providing propulsion power for the ship; a power generation engine disposed inside the engine room and generating power required for the ship; a fuel oil tank disposed in front of the engine room and storing fuel oil supplied as fuel for the main engine and the generator engine; a liquefied gas fuel tank in which liquefied gas supplied as fuel for the main engine and the generator engine is stored; a fuel supply unit for pressurizing the liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas fuel tank or the boil-off gas generated in the liquefied gas fuel tank according to the conditions required by the main engine or the generator engine; a first fuel supply line for supplying fuel gas from the fuel supply unit to the main engine; and a pipe trunk configured in the fuel oil tank and providing a space in which the first fuel supply line extends, the first fuel supply line extending through the pipe trunk and then passing through the bow bulkhead of the engine room to connect to the main engine characterized by being
