Disclosed is a fuel gas supply system for a ship having a dual fuel engine. A fuel gas supply system for a ship having a dual fuel engine according to the present invention includes: an engine room partitioned inside the hull of the stern; a main engine disposed inside the engine room and providing propulsion power for the ship; a power generation engine disposed inside the engine room and generating power required for the ship; a liquefied gas fuel tank in which liquefied gas supplied as fuel for the main engine and the generator engine is stored; a fuel supply unit for pressurizing the liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas fuel tank or the boil-off gas generated in the liquefied gas fuel tank according to the conditions required by the main engine or the generator engine; a second fuel supply line for supplying fuel gas from the fuel supply unit to the power generation engine; and a gas valve unit installed on the second fuel supply line to control the pressure of fuel gas supplied to the power generation engine, wherein the gas valve unit is configured on the lower stern deck existing at the stern side of the ship and is located in the engine room. It is characterized in that it is disposed in the gas valve unit room disposed immediately adjacent to the rear.
