The present invention provides a water supply regulating apparatus installed in a water conduit to control the flow rate of water supplied to agricultural land, comprising: a connecting pipe having one end connected to an opening of the water conduit, and through which water flows into the water conduit; a discharge pipe for discharging the water introduced from the connection pipe to agricultural land; and a blocking unit respectively connected to the connection pipe and the discharge pipe to block the connection pipe and the discharge pipe, respectively.
