MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF TASTE HEXAUSTERS BASED ON MONO INGREDIENT NATURAL INGREDIENTS, INTENDED TO STRENGTHEN THE AROMA OF THE SAME COOKED AND SERVED INGREDIENT
Process for manufacturing flavor enhancers based on natural ingredients, according to the single-ingredient principle, intended to reinforce the aroma of the same ingredient cooked and served, and without using the addition of artificial synthetic flavors; the said flavor enhancer having to take a solid form and have a shelf life that is acceptable for marketing according to the standardization specific to the Minimum Shelf Life Date; characterized by: - A first phase of separation of the flesh (a) of the ingredient from the other parts (b) of the same ingredient having aromatic interests, A second stage of extraction of the aromas according to a differentiated treatment of the separated parts, A third step of drying and gathering the materials with a high aroma concentration resulting from the second phase of the process.
