MICROSTRIP LOW-PASS FILTER

Disclosed is a microstrip low-pass filter, which comprises: a dielectric substrate, which comprises a first surface and a second surface in a back to back arrangement, the first surface being provided with a metal grounding plate thereon; a step impedance structure, which is provided on the second surface; a plurality of step impedance resonators, which are provided on the second surface and are connected with the step impedance structure; and a microstrip interdigitated structure, which is provided on the second surface and is formed by extending from the plurality of step impedance resonators. By means of using improved step impedance resonators and introducing the microstrip interdigitated structure between the step impedance resonators, the present invention makes the microstrip low-pass filter to have a very small circuit dimension, good passband characteristics, and relatively broad stop band width.
