A generated power optimization control method for a solar-coal complementary system under variable working conditions, which takes the maximum generated power under the condition of an unchanged main steam amount as a target for operation control of a solar-coal complementary system under variable working conditions, and adjusts a water flow heated by a solar heat collection system by adjusting a solar and coal flow distribution ratio of a solar-coal complementary loop, thereby achieving the control target; control steps comprise: reading relevant information; calculating a range of a water flow that can be heated by a solar heat collection system and a range of a solar and coal flow distribution ratio that can be operated; establishing a correlation between generated power and a solar and coal flow distribution ratio in the ranges; selecting a solar and coal flow distribution ratio corresponding to the maximum generated power; and adjusting, to an optimized water flow, a water flow entering the solar heat collection system and to be heated. Said method can flexibly control the coupling between solar energy and coal power generation, and improve the economy of a solar-coal complementary system under variable working conditions, and is simple to operate, easy to implement, and low in cost.
